This was both successful and unsuccessful.
Cupcake was KILLER. I slightly under cooked mine, but it was doughy and tasty.
The frosting…. gross. I used sunbutter instead of PB, and Stevia instead of syrup… could have been this… but the whole taste was just off (in my opinion).
Next time, I’ll just make a basic vanilla frosting instead… because that cupcake really did turn out tasty!
